Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
For all international orders, please note that we are not responsible for customs clearance in your country, nor for any delays caused by customs processing.
Our store prices do not include any international duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply when importing products into your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control.
We strongly recommend that you check your country's customs policies and fees before placing an order.
Interior Art OM is not liable if local postal services fail to notify customers about duties or taxes due upon arrival. Please track your shipment using the tracking number provided to avoid any delays.
If you choose to refuse delivery due to customs charges, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. This is non-negotiable.
