Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each item is crafted individually and may have slight variations that are part of its uniqueness and character.

Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility

If the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

2.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned items. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. And please note that colors and shapes may slightly differ from the photos as all our products are handmade.

Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 Reporting Damages

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging for our assessment.

3.2 Replacement or Refund

We will either replace the damaged item or issue a refund for the full purchase amount, with the buyer covering the shipping fee. Our team will guide you through the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

*Cancellation requests are subject to review and approval, especially when it comes to customized items that cannot be resold.
